TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITH DECLARATION FOR ONLINE BATCH

(7 MONTHS PROGRAM CPM)

  • Candidates are expected to maintain discipline in the online class. In case of any violations the Institute reserves the right to cancel the enrolment with no refund of fees.
  • Fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances. The due date of fees instalment shall be followed strictly, if not institute reserves the right to hold the further classes until clearance of dues.
  • The Photos of students shall be used by institute to upload on Institute Social media Page for celebration & Greetings
  • The Course materials given to students is the copyright of Apaha Trainers & Consultants Pvt. Ltd. and is to be used for Individual Learnings only.

  • If any candidate is expecting 100% Placement Support from Apaha Institute they should qualify: Final Test, 100% Attendance, Completion of all Assignments.
  • Salary depends on student’s interview / performance and market conditions.
  • 100% Placement Support is only after successfully completion of all full 7 months training and internship.
  • The candidates enrolled for Construction Project Management (level 1, level 2), Shall be given Internship with stipend in level 3 and placement will depend on performance in the internship.
  • Stipend Min shall be Rs 5000/- per month for 2 months duration Internship.
  • The Stipend for 2 months shall be paid after 2 months of Internship completion together (Student shall not get stipend after one month, both the month stipend at the end of internship)
  • If any student quits internship in between, they won’t get stipend, Placements and CPM certificate.
  • If student is not selected for internship interview, there shall be waiting period of one month & candidate shall prepare accordingly.
  • Internship Location shall depend on company location; students need to relocate accordingly.
  • During Internship (Level 3) responsibility of safety shall be borne by student, company and Apaha Institute is not responsible for any incident occurred.
  • After Completion of Internship (level 3) based on performance the company reserves the rights for further employment / Job, salary of the candidate, Apaha Institute doesn’t play any role in it.
  • Student needs to behave politely with company staff (while in level 3) and while in the training at Institute.
  • If the trainers feel that the student is not working hard, creating indiscipline in the classes, irregular in attendance, not responding properly, student may be expelled from the Institute. The decision of the institute in this regard will be final and binding on the student/parent.
  • The backup videos provided to students shall only work on 1 mobile and 1 laptop devise, if found to share id with others, students will be blacklisted for lifetime.
  • Smoking, Tobacco Chewing, Consumption of alcohol and use of narcotics are strictly prohibited while classes are going on. Students founded in the case will be dismissed from the Institute and will be handed to the law enforcement authorities.
  • Students are encouraged to voice their opinion and engage each other in healthy debate. But they must be polite to other students and teachers in the class.
  • Any change of address or telephone number should be notified in writing to the office within 10 days.
  • Training will be conducted in English Language, doubts solving can be done in English, Hindi or Marathi.
  • Students enrolled for any courses must provide photocopy of documents like Aadhar Card, 2 passport size photos, Degree / Diploma / latest Exams results.
  • Our fully online course is designed to give you a flexible and complete learning experience. You will receive well-structured soft copy notes, participate in interactive live training sessions, and get access to backup recordings for lifetime revision. Upon successful completion, you will also be awarded an e-certificate.
  • Certification Shall be provided after successfully completion of full training and Internship, students need to submit Internship report.
