Hemant Patil
Founder & CEO – Apaha Institute
Mr. Hemant Patil is a Chartered Civil Engineer, Entrepreneur, and PMP® (Project Management Professional) certified professional with extensive experience in construction project management. Holding a postgraduate qualification in EPC Project Management and a Civil Engineering degree from Pune University, he has built a distinguished career across the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
Over the years, he has worked with leading organizations including Cushman & Wakefield, Godrej Properties, Lodha Group, K Raheja Corp, Kolte Patil Developers, Nyati Group, and several other renowned companies. He has successfully managed and contributed to large-scale residential developments, commercial high-rise projects, integrated townships, and infrastructure initiatives across India.
Beyond his corporate experience, Mr. Patil is a passionate trainer and mentor who has upskilled and guided more than 25,000 students and working professionals through corporate training sessions, workshops, and specialized project management programs.
With deep expertise in construction project management, project planning, contract & tenders, execution, cost management, quality assurance, stakeholder coordination, and latest software technologies he brings valuable real-world industry experience and practical insights into every training program, helping professionals bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations.

After completing my Bachelor’s degree from MIT College of Engineering (MITCOE), Pune, I began my career with Accenture as a Software Analyst, working with leading US retail clients in the field of Business Intelligence. This experience provided a strong foundation in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and business processes, shaping my approach to leadership and organizational growth.
Driven by a vision to create meaningful impact, I transitioned from being an employee to becoming an entrepreneur. Over the past 10 years, I have built extensive experience in business management, successfully leading and scaling operations across multiple functions. My core areas of expertise include Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Operations, enabling me to develop sustainable growth strategies and build high-performing teams.
As Managing Director, I am committed to driving innovation, operational excellence, and organizational success. With a strong focus on skill development and industry-oriented learning, my mission is to contribute towards transforming education and empowering individuals with the right skills, knowledge, and opportunities to achieve their professional aspirations and become successful engineers and industry leaders.
